Stuffed Quail - Chef Jason Bunin Cocoa Beach, Fl

This week we're stuffing a bird, and it's not even Thanksgiving! Today I'm stuffing a boneless quail with quinoa, pine nuts, and my house made F.I.G.J.A.M. (or fig jam, but the acronym does mean something) and of course we'll make a sauce for it. I've recently served stuffed quail at Flavour Kitchen in different ways and everyone loved them
