Can I Turn These Small Petunia Baskets Into Showpieces?

Picked up some petunias at local box stores (Walmart, Home Depot, and Meijer) with the hope of turning them into great hanging baskets. The varieties of plants include: Wave petunias, SuperCal petchoas, Bees Knees petunia (likely), Headliner Enchanted Sky petunia (likely), and two mystery petunias.

I planted them with a bit of time-release osmocote fertilizer and then used a water-soluable MiracleGro with Bloom Booster (normally, I'd fertilize weekly).
