70% of India still comprises of rural areas. There are many social programs in place to develop these areas. However, most of them lack the means to sustain or replicate themselves in the long run. HCL Samuday is a flagship program of HCL Foundation that’s aimed at creating a source code for the socio-economic development of rural villages. Its vision is to develop a sustainable, scalable, and replicable model that can be adapted across villages, communities and states.
