Recipe #5:

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, lemon juice. Serve with lettuce, tomato, pecans, cucumber, boiled egg, radin.

Dressing: juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, pinch of oregano, 1 tbsp olive oil.

Recipe # 6:

Chicken Seasoned with: salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano.

Quinoa: Cook Quinoa according to the instructions on the packaging. To add more flavor, I add a bay leaf, 1 clove of garlic and salt.

Salad Dressing: 1 lemon juice, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, 1 tsp mustard.

For the salad I used lettuce, spinach, watercress and Chinese cucumber.

Recipe #7:

1 tbsp coconut oil (or spray oil) +2 small chicken breasts + 1 tsp garlic powder + 1 tbsp curry powder + 1/2 teaspoon of dried chili flakes + 2 cups of sliced mushrooms + 1/2 cup of whole canned coconut milk + 3 to 4 handfuls of fresh baby spinach + Sea salt and pepper to taste + Parsley or cilantro to decorate
