In my last grocery haul video, I promised I would share this recipe with you all. I call this recipe Kentucky Chicken. It's my take on Mississippi Chicken with one small change. I've made both recipes, but my family likes my version a lot better. Let me know if you give this recipe a try!
Kentucky Chicken:
2 lbs frozen boneless skinless chicken breast
1 pkg Ranch powder
1 scant TBSP chicken bouillon
1 stick butter
pepperoncini peppers or banana peppers (amount to your discretion)
Cook on High in your slow cooker for 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours. Shred. Serve over mashed potatoes, on tortilla chips, or on a sandwich.
