Hello foodies welcome to veg food manual.Today lets prepare maavina hannina shikarni or aamras or maavina hannina rasaayana in a traditional way.Since I belong to North Karnataka the moment summers started everyday we would feast upon this shikarni until mango season was gone.I remeber my dad always did this with apoos or commonly known as alphonso mangoes.
But now in Bangalore its hard to find those quality of apoos mangoes and also badam are sold most here which also resemble apoos in a way.I have combined 3 badam & 3 raspuri.Add  jaggery depending upon sweetness of fruit.
