In this video, I travel with LNER on their brand new Class 800 "Azuma" between London Kings Cross and Hull Paragon Interchange in First Class.
The train was introduced into service on the East Coast Mainline just a few days before filming this video, and, Hull along with Leeds were the first two destinations from the North to London to be served by the trains.
The train was very quiet, smooth, and quick, and it was nice to be on such a modern train. However, I was a little disappointed by the new seats, both in Standard and First Class, as they were a little uncomfortable.
