Synchronized timing is very important for many different organizations. K through 12 their whole day is setup on time from one period to the next period to the next period in order for a school to function well it must have accurate reliable synchronized timing and the time displayed needs to, should be synchronized with the bell system. So that a bell tone could be played at a scheduled time therefore that tone is going to be played at the exact time it's supposed to be played and the exact time that's displayed on the message board. When we go into the software you open up a browser and I put in the IP address of the communication server. When you receive your message boards you will receive a communication server. That's really just a small little device that controls the board. It'll sit on your network and will put in the IP address and up pops the web page for your message boards. In the navigation bar of the software you have; home, account, message board, speakers and switch. Your organization may have different boards display different time zones for maybe where you have factories or where you have different offices around the world and you can do that so that they can display the time zone in those locations. You can have different network time protocol servers, NTP servers, set up. When you get this system there will be four internet NTP addresses loaded up. These are accurate reliable sites government sites where you can pull time as your time source and that time will be used and displayed on all of your message boards. If you have an NTP server on your network your IT department would know that simply get the IP address of the NTP server and you can enter it and therefore, it can use the time right from the NTP server. There's 16 different clock output formats to choose from. You could if you had 16 different boards at your location and in each of those departments or areas that those boards work and they wanted the time and date display in a certain way you could do that for them. That’s how accurate synchronized timing works with our message board. It has an accurate time source be an NTP server and then that goes through the network and is displayed on the boards.
