Otsukemono (Japanese Pickles)

Hello everyone. This time ,I make easy Japanese pickles that used  “Furikake”.
Please prepare a nylon bag as well.
Making is very easy. Let’s make together !

Ingredients

(Shiokonbu Flavor)
・Vegetables you like
・Shiokonbu(5% of the weight of vegetables)
・Salt (5% of the weight of vegetables)

(Yukari Flavor)
・Radish
・Yukari(2% of the radish)
・Salt(2% of the radish)

Recipe

(Shiokonbu Flavor)
・Cut the vegetables, and it into a nylon bag.
・After cut, Weigh them.
・Add “Shio Konbu (5% of the weight of vegetables) and salt (1% of the weight of vegetables).
・Let’ Shake & Shake !
・Pull out the air and tie the bag.
・After 30 minutes, you can eat them.

(Yukari Flavor)
・Cut the radish into 1~2mm then Into nylon bag.
・Add salt (2% of the radish) and Yukari (2% of the radish).
・Add  “Yuzu juice”. If you can’t get it, it’s okay using vinegar.
・Let’s shake !!
・Pull out the air and tie the bag.
・After 30 minutes, you can eat them.
