Maidens is a small village in Ayrshire, South Ayrshire Scotland. Situated on the coast of the Firth of Clyde at the southern end of Maidenhead Bay, a series of rocks known as the "Maidens” form a natural harbour. The village lies 7 miles north of Girvan, and 15 miles south of Ayr.
It has a population of around 600 and is a popular holiday destination on the west coast.
