EGG HUM TUM | Surat's Most Loved Egg Dish | Egg Hum Tum Recipe by Viraj Naik

Hum Tum, You must be thinking about a movie right? but here Hum Tum is a famous egg dish from Streets of Surat. I really don't know why its called Hum Tum but trust me its one of the most tastiest egg dish.

Ingredients:
For Half Fry:
2 Eggs
1 tsp Oil
Salt to Taste
Fresh Coriander
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder

First Yellow/Green Gravy:
1 Boiled Eggs
1/2 Cheese Cubes
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
Salt to Taste
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
Water as Require
1 tbsp Fresh Cream

Red Gravy:
1 Boiled Egg
1 tsp Oil
2 Grated Tomato
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/8 tsp Garam Masala
Salt to Taste
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1/2 Cheese Cube
Water as Require

For Cheese Sauce:
1 tbsp Fresh Cream
1/2 Cheese Cube
3 tbsp Water

For Tadka:
1 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
4-5 Curry Leaves
2 Dry Red Chillies
1/8 tsp Red Chilly Powder
