GTIR PULSAR EXPLODES! 500HP ATW, What Went Wrong?

We take the car back to the dyno for a retune. It makes an impressive 500HP at the wheels on 25psi of boost on pump gas 98 octane.

The car was already making piston slap noise before we took it to the dyno. The weekend before i took it out to test it after the repairs and new wastegate spring and the car spiked to 33psi. I suspect this is when the damage was done.
