• pinch of salt

• 160ml of coffee
• 2 teaspoons of sugar
The chocolate mousse :
• 4 eggs
• 200 g of dark chocolate
• 100 g of butter
• 20 ml of coffee (2 tablespoons)
• 40 g of sugar ( 2 tablespoons )
Ganache Chocolate :
• 60 g of dark chocolate
• 40 ml of milk
