This 60 minute yin yoga class is for digestion. Do you experience acid reflux, heartburn, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloating, or constipation? Maybe you’ve tried drinking mint and ginger tea, taking laxatives and antacids. Well in the rest of this video I am going to take you through a yin yoga class that will stimulate the stomach and spleen meridian to help you absorb the nutrients from your food and then move them along your digestive tract. This yin yoga sequence will stimulate your stomach and spleen meridian to help you receive nourishment from your food and move it along your digestive tract.

You may notice an imbalance in your stomach meridian system if you have digestive and stomach problems from abdominal pain, bloating, or fluid retention. Your spleen is your primary organ for digestion, it sits just behind your stomach on the left side, underneath your diaphragm. When your spleen organ is balanced you will experience a good appetite, strong digestion and vibrant energy. When your spleen energy is weak  you may experience bloating, reflux, fatigue, diarrhea, and poor appetite.
