DJ Vlad starts this clip off by asking Sammy The Bull to address the rumors about Angelo "Quack Quack" Ruggiero Sr approaching him about teaming up with John Gotti to murder the mafia boss known as Paul Castellano, without the approval of The Commission. Sammy The Bull confirms that the proposition did actually happened but he clears up a few of the details. He states that Angelo tried to recruit him for killing without his boss, John Gotti, being present. From there, he explains that in order for Angelo's plan to work, he would have had to have gotten a select few people on board with the plan, such as himself, Frankie DeCicco, Joe "Piney" Armone and Joe "Crazy Jo" Gallo; and he did.
