I’ve been working so hard on this 🥹 finally it’s done! Near the end I had so much trouble filling certain gaps AHHHHHHG I was in dire straights ;). But here it is! I think I’m pretty happy with the result. Although l’ll be eternally bugged by a small glitch that I tried to get rid of many different ways on many different exports. It never worked :(—if you notice it then sorry lol. It's less bothersome in fullscreen, though! Ngl all the hassle made me slowly get tired of the edit but hopefully that goes away soon ansnsjsh. ANYWAY I finished watching Never Let Me Go a few days ago (I started the edit before I even finished it haha—which I think is a first for me in any fandom)—and can I just say, I adored it. I just. How do I put into words everything this show made me feel? I loved the vibe. I loved Nueng. I loved the drama. I loved the cinematography and color grading. And there were of course some scenes that stick with me so much, like the artfulness of the dancing in the hotel/mourning scene and the dance at the restaurant (love shows with dancing xD) which were both so beautiful in different ways and were placed so perfectly within the pacing of the show.
Anyway, this is definitely one of my favorite Thai BLs so far. :) Despite all it’s dramatic content, this became a comfort show while watching it and I look forward to returning to this series and these characters again. I’m so glad I stuck with the show, at first I watched like one and a half episodes and then abandoned it for a few weeks lol. A trend with these series tend to be that I don’t get into them right away (with the exception of bad buddy which I was obsessed with from ep. 1). Sometimes I honestly don’t get invested until like ep. 6 [fully enjoying everything upon rewatch] but I’ll say this one had me earlier than that. ~ Also side note, I’ve wanted to edit with this song for ages so yay for that, too! okay enough ramblings haha. I hope you enjoy the video, my loves! 💕
