follow up tutorial of prior YouTube video "Payroll Tutorial" showing more detail.  You can use this spreadsheet to do your own payroll.  It calculates withholding tables for married and single employees with any number of deductions.  It calculates IRS EFTPS monthly and unemployment insurance quarterly.  It allows for biweekly, monthly, etc. paychecks, but the author recommends weekly pay periods to simplify overtime calculations.  Handles garnishments, payroll advances, uniforms, and bonus.  It demonstrates the functions IF, Match, Index, Subtotal.  It shows how to use flatfile database via data filtering with subtotal.  Index&Match lets you do a 3 item lookup, e.g. m2 & $600 by combining m with 2.  (You can't do this with Vlookup.)  https://dl.dropbox.com/u/87433979/pay...  You can get the actual file from this Dropbox link.  https://www.dropbox.com/s/5ekzdsy33s4...
