If you thought Eye of Cthulhu was crazy on expert you havn't met Skeletron. This strategy is the best I've come up with so far, and works very well with a Yoyo. The most important part is to not stress phase 1 by killing 1 hand early, and phase 2 not to panic when skulls come flying. Get out of line of sight, deal damage and then be quick to run away.
