Puppy dragging stumpy leg to stray has heartbreaking reaction to food

In the early hours of the morning, a lady finishing her overtime and preparing to drive home, discovered a small dog lying under her car. What saddened her was that the little fellow's hind legs seemed paralyzed. The lady searched through her pockets, finding only a bag of sausages.
