RE-Rupture Achilles Tendon (9-10 months) recovery

I will be taking you guys on my recovery journey! I’ve had two surgeries on my left achilles tendon. The first one was August 29th 2023 and the second one was on October 2nd 2023. Honestly a lot has happened since. I can now walk and jog a little. I can do weighted squats but not as heavy as I use to. I can also do most sports.
