Today is all about Gratitude, and appreciating the glory of creation! How abundant can you feel? How can you acknowledge the abundance of Life? How can you see that the universe has your back, that everything is appropriate for your life right NOW.
Day 16 Task
Today, stop and recognise all the good and positive things that you have in life; all the beauty that surrounds you and the love that is within you.
Listen to the meditation as soon as possible. Connect with it, let it permeate your being. During the day, find as many things as possible to be grateful for.
Start a long list of things- the physical, mental, emotional, financial and spiritual things. The outer world and the inner world, small things and big things.
Some people have a dedicated gratitude journal they write in, either every day or whenever gratitude moves them. It's good practice for keeping ones’ vibrational ’blueprint’ attuned to the abundance frequency...
