How Does the New Free Solaris Shimmer Reverb Compare?

It's Solaris vs. Valhalla Shimmer in this Shimmer Reverb Shootout.  Solaris is a brand new free reverb while Valhalla represents a high quality but fairly low cost staple that's been around for a number of years.  Both are actually excellent although I would give the nod to Valhalla as it is more natural sounding.  Note that Solaris is Windows only - sorry Mac users.
