Today we will delight lovers of spicy - "Bean stew with adjika"
We will need:
• 300 grams of red beans;
• bunch of cilantro;
• 3 medium onion heads;
• 1 teaspoon of suneli hops;
• olive oil;
• salt;
• adjika.
1. Soak the beans in cold water for 10-12 hours.
After that, drain the water, put the beans in a large saucepan and fill with fresh water (2.5 liters).
Bring to a boil over low heat.
2. After boiling, remove the foam.
Next, partially cover the pan with a lid and cook the beans for about 1.5 hours - until boiled.
3. While the beans are cooking, peel and finely chop the onion.
Then, in a pan, fry it in olive oil until golden brown.
4. In a pan with already boiled beans, add the fried onions,
salt,
adjika and
hops-suneli.
After adding all these components, knead the beans with a crush.
5. We continue to cook the resulting mass, stirring occasionally.
Continue the cooking process until thick lumps are obtained, the beans with the ingredients will reach this state in about 10 minutes.
6. Remove the pan from the fire. We season the resulting mixture with finely chopped cilantro, add more adjika and - on the table.
