Python Practice: High Low Casino Game with Loops

Python 3 program used to make a high low game.  Random number is generated, you guess if it's going to be higher than 5 or lower than 6.  Winning adds credits to your total, losing takes them away.  Uses random integers, if statements, while loops, and more.
