I've loved moussaka ever since
I've loved moussaka ever since I ordered a combo platter at a Greek restaurant in my youth. It would be wonderful to be able to make it right at home. My search of recipes on the internet led to my realization that moussaka is relatively low in carbohydrates, much to my delight! I've made this version without any flour for those of you who believe that being gluten-free is important. So sorry for the length of this video. I simply talk too much! I don't care for videos this long myself. At least there are no commercials.
