The PMC HS 800 is designed for high-speed die cutting of sidewall blanks for paperboard cups and containers.
The modular design allows separation of roll in-feed from cutting unit for inline printing configuration. Integrated tools provide short changeover time, with a blank-to-blank interval of
30 minutes. Durable, hardened cutting tools ensure long life.
Cycle speeds of up to 450 stokes per minute make this the ideal choice for high volume converters. One HS 800 will support multiple high-speed cup forming machines. The 50” wide web capacity offers greater scrap reduction.
