Professor of Asian Studies James Chin on former Malaysia PM Najib's reduced jail term

Former Malaysian prime minister Najib Razak has been granted a partial pardon on his 12-year jail sentence. This means he will only be required to serve for six years until August 2028. The pardon also includes a reduction in fines to about $11 million from $44 million.
