Instant Sambar Recipe by Sapna !!

Instant Sambar:-

1/2 cup Yellow split Pigeon pea
1 Small size Onion
1/4 cup Beetroot
1/4 cup Bottle Gourd
1/4 cup Carrot
1 Medium size Tomato
1/2 Tbl sp Tamarind Paste
1/4  Tbl sp Turmeric Powder
1/4 Red Chilli Powder
Salt as per Taste

Sambar Masala Ingredients:-

1/2 Tsp Whole Black Gram Dal
1/4 Tsp Split Chickpea
8-10 Peppper corn
1/8 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1/2 Tsp Coriander seeds
1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds
3 Dry Red  Chillies
2 Garlic cloves

Sambar Tadaka:-

1 Tbl sp Ghee
1/4 Tsp Mustard seeds
Pinch of  Asafetida
Few Curry Leaves
2 Whole Red chillies
