Working smarter and not harder is not lazy, its efficient.  Its also a never ending quest.  We're always looking to do things smarter.  Construction is hard, but we can make it less hard.  The right tools, techniques and equipment can increase the longevity of our bodies, lower stress and streamline efficiency.  

We've not mastered this, but we keep trying to improve.  When we frame exterior walls, one goal is to do as much to that wall before lifting it as we can.  Its always faster to frame big walls on the ground and eliminate the ladder work.
