About the anime sonic X
Sonic X (ソ ニ ッ ク X, Sonikku Ekkusu?) Is an anime series created by TMS Entertainment and based on the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise of Sega. Sonic X was initially broadcast with fifty-two episodes, broadcast on TV Tokyo from April 6, 2003 to March 28, 2004. In Brazil, the series debuted and was broadcast by Jetix on October 4, 2004, and then Rede Globo on September 15, 2007 on TV Globinho, [3] subsequently going on the Cartoon Festival program, currently some episodes are available on the streaming service Looke.
The anime shows the adventures of Sonic and his friends after being teleported from their world to the planet Earth, after a fight against Dr. Eggman activating the power of Control of Chaos, they become friends of the young boy Chris Thorndyke who happens to help them in the fight against Eggman and protect the Emeralds from Chaos. The anime served as marketing for the redesign of the series after the games for Dreamcast like Sonic Adventure and its successors.
Plot
First season
The story begins with Sonic trying to save Cream and Cheese from the clutches of Dr. Eggman who accidentally activated the power of Chaos Control causing him, Sonic and his friends Amy, Knuckles, Tails, Rouge, Cream and Cheese to be teleported to the planet Earth. When Sonic arrives there is a police squad that persecutes him trying to capture him, but he is able to disguise them by going to a mansion where he befriends the young boy Chris.
The first episodes revolve around the various battles of Sonic against the robots of Eggman, besides beginning the search by the Emeralds of the Chaos. During the story, Cream, Cheese, Tails and Amy show up reuniting with Sonic and start to live in Chris's house, hiding from humans for most of the story. Knuckles appears occasionally in some episodes, and later Rouge appears aiding to the squad of the President to stop Eggman. At the end of the first half of the episodes Eggman has his base destroyed in the middle of an explosion and Sonic manages to gather 3 emeralds.
In the second half, Sonic and his friends continue their quest for the remaining emeralds, now famous after the last battle against Eggman, they roam freely around the Earth. However Eggman resurfaces with a new hiding place and returns to attack Sonic during the search for the Emeralds of the Chaos. Sonic can pick up 2 more emeralds, Knuckles 1 and Eggman as well. At the end of the season Sonic finally reunites the emerald sevens and manages to reach his super form, Super Sonic using the power of Chaos Control to merge part of his home planet with Earth .
