Ingredients:
Butter 1/3cup (80 g)
Brown Sugar 1/3 cup
Caster Sugar 1/4 cup
Eggs 1
A pinch of salt
Oat flakes (instant) 1 & 3/4 cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a deep bowl, stir together the oats, sugar, eggs, butter, salt and baking powder until smooth.
Shape the dough into cookies by placing it on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
Enjoy fragrant and delicious oatmeal cookies!
