This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Using the KX Project as an example, Dr. Sakarindr Bhumiratana talks about how triple-helix cooperation can help Thailand to get out of the middle-income trap and become more competitive.
Dr. Sakarindr is the President of King Mongkut University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) and the former President of the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA). Dr. Sakarindr has a keen interest in fostering linkages between research centers and industry and proponent of the triple helix to strengthen national competiveness.
