This is the song "Ei Ei Poo" from Super Monkey Ball in the Monkey Ball series. This song as well as the intro cutscene to go with it is exclusive to the Japanese version of this game, however the song file can still be found in the NTSC-U and PAL versions of the game. I uploaded this as I have not seen it on YouTube yet, and I thought people would be interested in seeing this Japan-exclusive content, especially in the high-quality I can provide.
