SUPER MOIST CARROT LOAF

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups carrots, grated
1 cup pineapples, chopped into small pieces
