In the first session,Saurabh Dwivedi discussed the politics of Odisha with experts. In Odisha, Naveen Patnaik of Biju Janata Dal has been the Chief Minister for the last 22 years. His father Biju Patnaik started politics from Congress. He was also the CM of Odisha. For BJD, which was once an ally of BJP, today BJP is the biggest rival. There was discussion on the possibility of Pawan Kalyan's party Jana Sena and BJP coming together.
