Ingredients
- 1.5kg beef sirloin
- 10g salt
- 10g pepper
- olive oil to spray

- 2 green capsicums
- 200g mushroom
- 5g salt
- 20ml olive oil
- 5g smoked paprika
- 6 carrot (cut and spray olive oil , oven bake 180C° 20mins then sprinkle 5g salt) no video
- wasabi and steak sauce to garnish
