Mafia III (PS4) - Assigning the Final District/Keeping All Underbosses Alive

I've been planning to divide all my districts evenly between Burke, Vito and Cassandra (3 districts per person). This is what happens once you hand over the final district to one of your underbosses- in this case, Cassandra, since Burke and Vito already have 3 districts assigned to them, and Cassandra only has 2.
