Learn how to use the verbs 'lend' and 'borrow' in English conversation and also the noun loan.
Lend and borrow often confuse English learners because in many languages have just one word for the action.
In English lending is like giving and borrowing is like taking, and they are both temporary actions.
Loan is normally a noun in British English and it's often a noun in American English too. But in American English, loan can also be a verb and then it is used in the same way as lend (not borrow).
