How to Fix a Nintendo Wii Balance Board that Won't power on at All, Wii Fit Balance Board Teardown and Cleaning
My Wii Fit Balance board won't turn on. This is a video of me taking it apart to fix it.
Wii Fit Balance Board Power Button Repair
Disassembling Wii Balance Board:
Unscrew these #1 Philips screws, and leave them in the plastic foot holders
Remove the foot holders and place them on the side
Remove the four feet and put them on the side
Remove these #1 Philips screws, and leave them in their counterbores
Lift the grey shell off and place it to the side to reveal:
ADC and Logic board
Bluetooth module
Strain gauges
Battery holder

Disassembling Wii Balance Board:
Unscrew these #1 Philips screws, and leave them in the plastic foot holders
Remove the foot holders and place them on the side
Remove the four feet and put them on the side
Remove these #1 Philips screws, and leave them in their counterbores
Lift the grey shell off and place it to the side to reveal:

Bluetooth module
Strain gauges
Battery holder
