COMBATING CYSTIC ACNE
Our lovely patient has been constantly struggling with severe cystic acne. Wanting to gain her confidence back, she came to us. To tackle her acne, we did a combination treatment of Isotretinoin, an oral medication, as well as laser treatments using both the aerolase and clear and brilliant lasers. We were able to get her skin smooth and glowing; she absolutely loves her skin now and has gotten her self esteem back!
WHAT IS AEROLASE?
@aerolase - a microsecond laser that tightens skin, and deeply heats the dermis to stimulate collagen and blend the complexion to be more even toned without any downtime.
Clear and Brilliant Touch is a low downtime laser that uses dual wavelengths to improve various depths of the skin including the collagen producing deeper layers and the upper portions of the skin that need cell turn over for improved texture and tone. Low density lasers are safe for all skin types with a lower risk of hyperpigmentation, and should be combined with microneedling or microneedling RF to enhance the improvement in fine lines and scars.
