The MM900HDS is specifically made for juicing celery. The juicer comes with two separate end caps. The celery adjustable end cap with O-ring is only for juicing celery. While the standard adjustable end cap is for juicing all other fruits and vegetables.    The celery end cap squeezes the celery to get maximum juice output.
