✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐣𝐢𝐲𝐚:
* Amaranth Leaves/Chaulai Bhaji(चौलई भाजी) - 1 Bunch
* Onion(प्याज)- 2
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1 Cup
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
* Raw Mango(कच्चा आम) - Some
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Crushed Red Chili(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1/4 Tsp
* Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) - 1/2 Tsp
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 2 Tbsp
* Water(पानी) - As Per Required
* Dry Red Chili(सूखी लाल मिर्च) - Some
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1 Pinch
* Oil(तेल) - For Frying

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐳𝐢:
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 2 Tbsp
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Serving Spoon
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Tomato(टमाटर) - 2 Pcs
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Less Than 1/2 Tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Less Than 1Tsp
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) As Per Taste
* Water(पानी) - 1 Cup
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) Some

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐟𝐭𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐚:
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1/2 Cup
* Onion(प्याज) - 1
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
* Amaranth Leaves/Chaulai Bhaji(चौलई भाजी)
* Chili Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) - Some
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp
* Water(पानी) - As Required
* Left Over Roti(बची हुई रोटी) - 1-2
* Oil(तेल) - Some

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
Take some Amaramth Leaves/Chaulai Bhaji, wash them & finely chop them.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐣𝐢𝐲𝐚, take a bowl & put some chopped Chaulai Bhaji, long chopped Onion & some Salt. Mix all well & rest it for 10 minutes by covering it. Then add some Gram Flour, Green Chilli, grated Raw Mango, Turmeric Powder, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Carom Seeds Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder & gradually add some Water & mix well. Then put some Dried Red Chilli, Baking Soda. Heat Oil in a frying pan over medium flame for deep frying. Stir occasionally and deep-fry Bhajiya until they turn lightly golden brown and crisp. Serve with Chutney & Chai.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐳𝐢, keep the pan for heating & put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, ground Tomato, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder & Salt. Cook on a medium flame until the Tomato releases the Oil by covering it. Then add Water & Coriander Leaves & cook well. Then put fried Kofta, cover & cook again. Then turn the flame off & enjoy the tasty Kofta Sabji with Chapati & Rice.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐟𝐭𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐚, take a bowl & put Gram Flour, finely chopped Onion, Green Chilli, Chaulai Bhaji, Chilli Flakes, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Salt & Oil. Mix all well & make a fine batter. Take leftover Chapati & put the mixture on it & spread well on both sides as shown in the video. Then roast until it turns golden & crisp. At last, cut it into a triangle shape, garnish it with some Mayonnaise & serve with Green Chutney & Tomato Sauce. In this way, 3 types of Chaulai Bhaji Nasta will get ready easily.
