You don’t have to count calories to lose weight. I hope this helps those of you who are totally overwhelmed with the idea of measuring your food portions.  It doesn’t need to be too complicated!  Measuring with your hand is great because you hand is specific to your size =) You can also use it to measure food portions while eating out.
