my poresentation video, i think the 3rd video regarding EFFECTIVE, ACCURATE, TIMELY , for health care worker, done in After Effect.

The most error prone communications are:

• Verbal orders in emergency (code blue)
• Orders over the telephone.
• Critical results reporting

   
Other Best communication methods such as (among health care teams):

• SBAR.
• AIDET.
• Adherence to verbal and telephonic order policy
• Adherence to critical result reporting policy
• Correct documentation.
• Use of approved abbreviations
• OVR system
