PVP IV's EXPLAINED SIMPLY in POKEMON GO

I want you guys to note. PVP iv's only really matter in high levels of play up in rank 22,23 and 24. They only make a difference in close matchup's and for any casual player they should not break there neck trying to find perfect PVP iv's are more so just play more PVP to get better.
