Hey, Yoga Fam! I'm back with a new video for your lower body! this practice will target the hips and legs, but more specifically the top of the quads, hip flexors and hamstrings. If you do a lot of sitting, or just have general tightness and stiffness in this area you will feel relieved after this one! I know the frustration of trying to find that sweet spot, to get that release so my hope is that at the end of todays practice you are left feeling relaxed and satisfied. #yinyoga #yogahips #officeyoga

This is an all levels practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
