The fish turned out great👌! It tasted like baked in the oven, but without the crust. Everything tasted good in this pan: the sauce, the veggies, the fish. My son even dipped bread in this sauce, it was so delicious 😜 I recommend it!

I needed:
2 large onions
4-5 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
1 large sweet pepper
800g of fish, you can use any fish fillet too.
spices to taste! Mine:
1 tsp. fish spice
1 tsp dried cumin and rosemary
salt
pinch of sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
50-70 g butter
