Making Strawberry Jam with HONEY | Water Bath Canning

Food preservation is an essential part of homesteading, but so many canning recipes call for loads of sugar. Join me as I process locally-grown strawberries to make sugar-free jam using Pamona's Universal Pectin. This is one of my new favorite canning recipes: skipping the sugar creates a jam with a more fruity, bright flavor. I'll water bath can the jam for storage in my pantry.
