Swirl marks on carpaint - TEST

Spiderwebbing, Microscratches, Swirl marks test using V-ray and Maya, my start point is from the VISCOBEL tutorial (viscorbel.com/microscratches-swirl-marks-spiderwebbing-vray-tutorial/), but with some modifications to work on maya and adapt to my carpaint shader.
