It starts right in your mind, in your head.
Your mind activates brain cells and when those brain cells are activated it affects you and you affect the entire Universe.
Did you know that thoughts are cosmic waves that penetrate all time and space? Your thoughts and feelings control the vibration of your body, and because this is the case, you also have the power to dictate the frequency at which you vibrate. Your feelings or your vibrations attract people and things that match your vibration. In simple words, you get what you put out.
The speed of vibration is called frequency.
The only difference between any two objects is their frequency. Even objects that seem stationary, like a table or a house, vibrate. Just at a slower speed.
When you photograph a mass, you can photograph the energy coming from it. You can take a photo of a plant and you will see vibration coming from it. Everything vibrates—even the garden stone vibrates. Everything is in motion, nothing is at rest. However, your body vibrates at an extremely high rate, and this has more of an impact than you think.
